Most activities are free – NO registration required.
Memberships, Banquet and swap meet selling REQUIRE registration.

On-line registration was open April 1, 2024 through July 26, 2024 and is now closed

Mail-in registration must be postmarked by July 18, 2024 to arrive before the event.

Famous ARCI auction (Medinah room)

  • Register : 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm

  • Auction start 6:00 pm

  • Sellers

    • Sellers Fee: $10 per item

    • SELLERS MUST BE or become ARCI MEMBERS - $25 per year

    • LIMIT OF 8 LOTS PER SELLER

    • ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED AT END OF AUCTION. ITEMS NOT REMOVED WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF ARCI.

  • Bidders

    • Bidders Fee: $5 per card

    • 10% Buyer Premium

  • Food service

- Outdoor At event: $40/space
- Seller OUTDOOR spaces are on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED and not assigned
  (same as last year).

- Indoor tables are ASSIGNED and sold by table size. Limited availability
